Jump-start your career with a paid internship abroad.
AIESEC’s Global Talent program connects students and recent graduates to paid work experiences across the world. Our internships last between 3 to 18 months and focus mainly in 4 different areas.
Marketing & Sales
In Marketing and Sales you can find opportunities to gain practical experience around the world with both large and small companies. Online marketing coordinator, market researcher and analyst or business development executive are just examples of the placements we offer.
Software, web, and mobile app developers are in high demand and work experience in these fields is crucial to getting the job. With a Global Talent internship in the information technology field, students and recent graduates are able to gain new skills in an international work environment.
Gain communication skills and cross-cultural understanding by teaching in formal educational institutions. By bringing your perspective on education and your cultural background, add new forms of teaching and impact the lives of your students through our teaching internships.
Work at a Start-up, primarily on the fields of sales and marketing and information technologies. Unlike our other opportunities, Global Entrepreneurs is short-term unpaid professional internship. The hosting startup will always provide the exchange participant with accomodation.
The five steps to your AIESEC internship
Search for an Opportunity
Go through the thousands of opportunities in our platform and apply for the internships which suit you. If you are looking for an opportunity starting more than 6 months from now, chances are you won’t find many. Sign up and we will contact you.
Once you click apply, you’ll be asked to sign up and create an account in our global platform and one of our local offices will contact you to schedule an interview. A member of AIESEC will assist you throughout the whole process.
When you find the perfect program, and you match the criteria, you’ll be interviewed by AIESEC members from the hosting country. If you are accepted by the hosting country, the sending entity – AIESEC in Denmark – will need to approve your internship.
After paying the internship fee, you are approved by both sides. It’s now time to book your flights, get your visa and insurance, and attend our mandatory Outgoing Preparation Seminar. Wherever you decide to have your experience, AIESEC will be with you to ensure a safe and impactful experience.
Create an impact in the World
The impact of your exchange is not constrained to the project you choose, but also applies to you and the mindset you can bring back home. It is after returning that the fruits of your exchange will be visible.
